What is Bella and the Bulldogs?

Middle schooler Bella Dawson left her life as a popular cheerleader behind to join the Bulldogs as their new star quarterback. Trading in her pom-poms for a pigskin was a total dream come true, but now Bella must find a balance between football and her cheerleading BFFs. Does she have what it takes to overcome the doubters and lead her team to victory, without compromising who she is? And what will happen when those worlds collide?

-Bella and the Bulldogs, follows a perky head cheerleader named Bella (Brec Bassinger) whose life in Texas takes an unexpected twist when she becomes the new quarterback for her school team, the Bullfrogs. Bella is joined by "The Troy" (Coy Stewart), the Bulldogs' dethroned quarterback along with his pint-sized sidekick, Newt (Buddy Handleson). Rounding out the cast are Lilimar Hernandez as Sophie, Bella's cheerleader best friend: Jackie Radinsky as true southern cowboy, Sawyer; and Haley Tju as Pepper. The series is written by Gabriel Garza and Jonathan Butler (The Haunted Hathaways, Fanboy & Chum Chum), who were discovered through Nickelodeon's Writing Program. Jeff Bushell will serve as Executive Producer.
